Hello, my NEO card has the reward promotion for public mobile so I wanted to add $150 into my balance. However, it automatically used my used AMEX card ending 51008 to pay. I didn't find the option the firs time.
I have to change the payment card and then pay the second $150. I am just wondering if it is possible to get refunded for the first $150 because I paid by a wrong card. I used Public Mobile for more than 5 years.
