For July Month My credit card got charged twice $ 28.75. On my account shows only one invoice.

If you were overcharged, the extra payment will remain as Available funds (credit) in your account to pay for your next month bill.
The first charge will be for the month of July and the second charge will remain as credit.

it shouldn't be. Ask PM to check and refund if it is really overcharged. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
