Use of telephone in USA

If I have the plan with the global texting and data will I be able to use PM in the USA

(1)  Be able to use the internet in the USA?

(2)  Text from USA to Canada?

Appreicate any information on this.

AFAIK there are no prepaid carriers that work outside Canada. It seems to be restricted to postpaid accounts. As geogolem recommend, Roammobility is an excellent choice for using your phone in the USA. If you're in Europe I recommend picking up a SIM card from a local budget carrier, as most places have great combo packs for 10 euros or less.

At this time. Your public mobile SIM and account will simply not work while outside of Canada. There are no add ons. or any Public Mobile services/features that will allow you to use the service outside of Canada.

I suggest another service such as https://www.roammobility.com/ for these purposes. 

Hopefully in the future Public Mobile will offer an add on to cover this gap in their services.

Is there an add that I could add that if I am in the US I can call to Canada?

Also, can I text while I am in the US to Canada?

PM is Prepaid, so if PM were to bring Roaming into the fray, they'd have to figure out the best way to impliment it seamlessly

No, you will have absolutely no service while outside of Canada with Public Mobile.

Global texting simply means you can send and receive texts to anywhere and from anywhere in the world.. while you are in Canada.

Data usage is Canada-wide. In the US you will simply have no service. Hopefully Public Mobile creates a roaming add-on or something with fixed number of minutes, GB or texts for a fixed price.. That would be awesome. .. For now you will have to use another provider and SIM like https://www.roammobility.com/
