No telephone service but 5G internet text

Cannot telephone out.  Just times out. Telephone in goes to voicemail I can't access.  All nrs.. 3 bar 5 g  spouse freedom mobile works fine. Help!

thanks for reply    none of that applies   phone is working fine   was on holiday and local telus tower was 5G -

got great data connection but no phone or text at the time.  next stop was fine

so...did you use the PM app to activate your new PM account ? Did you leave old sim in phone until you replied YES to port request ?
