I'm trying to download my usage history from the last few months. But the download button doesn't seem to work, and hasn't for a few weeks. Is anyone else facing the same issue? Are there any workarounds?

hi @BestNickname yes, the button seems to have not working.  But try using different browsers as it could also be a browser problem 

if you still cannot download, ask support agent to help 

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
If any issue with ticket submission, you can  submit by direct message:

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
