how do I know when my talk and text add on expires. Also can I purchase more than one at a time so the will run after one another.

For US Roaming 10 day packages
Unlimited U.S. Talk, Text and 250MB Data Bundle = $20

How To Purchase Add-Ons Using Your Self-Serve Account

Follow these steps:

1. Click on ‘Purchase Add- Ons’ on the Overview tab and scroll down to the Add-On calculator.
2. Click the plus sign (+) to add and the minus sign (-) to remove selected Add-ons.
3. When you’ve added all your desired Add-Ons, click ‘Buy Add-Ons’ or ‘Make a Payment’ below the calculator:
   • You will see ‘Make a Payment’ instead of ‘Buy Add-Ons’
4. Select ‘Confirm my purchase’,

5. after purchase successful you have to do Rebooting your phone
   what is meant by rebooting the device turn off and turn it back on.

US 10 day roaming add ons start immediately after purchase running on a 240 hour clock. Note the time of purchase as you have to wait a further 24 hours to repurchase the same roaming add on. However you can preload the funds for that particular roaming add on in your account and contact customer support near the time of expiry and they can add the new roaming add on after it expires so you do not have to wait out the 24 waiting period. It's best to purchase the roaming add on during CSA business hours so that they are available to add the roaming add on to your account.

Please note you cannot add two roaming add ons with a talk feature or the talk features will cancel each other out causing a glitch that drops calls after 53 seconds.

There are 2 different kinds of add-ons:

1. Those purchased for use while IN CANADA (talk, data, long-distance)
2. Those purchased for roaming use while IN USA (for talk, text, data)

-Canada use add-ons do not expire until consumed.

-USA use add-ons expire 10 days following purchase.

@mark14  - USA Roaming ADDONS expire 10 days after purchase...or to be more specific 240 hours after purchase.

You can only purchase the same type of ADDON after this 240 hour time as elapsed.

But you should be able to have different types of USA Roaming ADDONS on your account at once.

EDIT - after re-reading that...you may not have been referring to ROAMING addons (Roaming are for use whilst you are in the USA).

All other addons whilst you are in Canada have no EXPIRY, they stay on your account until consumed.

Also - You can have as many regular addons on your account as you want.
