Do the US roaming plans include texting and calling to Canada?

What you can read on the forum it's easier to have just one option USA roaming...the system could be mixed...

What carrier do you switch to while in the US, and can you bundle the $20 talk, text and data plan with the 1GB data plan?

@shawnie_boy nope, if you don't need data there's also a US roaming talk+text option for $15 that includes text.  

@jlush1975 you will get texting in the USA with either the US Roaming Texting add-on, the US Roaming Talk+Texting add-on bundle, or the US Roaming Talk+Text+250MB data add-on bundle.

There is only one combo plan talk text and 250mb data for $20. Hopefully plans get better and more closely resemble roam mobility.

That chart covers calling. Of course, in order to text to Canada from the US, the US roaming bundle you purchase would need to include text.
