Hi,

In my plan I still have 60 mint left for talking, but I am unable to to make a call. Why is that and what should I do??

Confirm on your self-serving account you really have 60 minutes left.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try force refresh to get current minutes status.

Check your usage report.

 

Yeah a pretty good deal and nice buffer to fall back on when you go through your minutes faster than expected

Click the little spinner refresh button to the lower right and see if the numbers change. If the bar goes solid red then you've used them all. Go ahead and buy the $5 500 minute Canada calling. It's a great supplement to the limited minute plans.

Do you hear any error message?  Try dialing a 1 before the area code.
