Hi, as I am transferring my phone line to Public Mobile, I did not realize that my old service provider sent me an text asking me to authorize the transfer of my phone line. Can you please send a request again to my old device provider, Bell

Or try the number in the link below and put the old sim back in a phone to confirm the transfer:

Contact agent so they can send request one more time. Keep OLD SIM in your phone and reply Yes on received SMS.
