tried everything posted even reset the settings , turned the phone off and on

what else is there that can be done

Does it say unauthorized access when you login on the overview tab?

@NateFordy - all help is online here, either PUBLIC here on the community, or if you need Public support it is all through private messaging.

There is no number to call or anyone to talk to. What details can you provide us to help? Are you a new customer that just activated, existing customer for some time...how long...?

Is your account status ACTIVE in My Account or when you dial 611?

  1. Can you try your sim card into another compatible phone to see if services work?
  2. Check if your phone is blacklisted here: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/

best to start your troubleshooting here in Forum. Did you just start a PM account and ported over ? We need a bit more info.
