Urgent --> Port is not complete after 3 days of receiving confirmation

Got confirmation from @Mary_M. But still waiting on port to complete. Koodo phone still works and Public Mobile account still shows the temporary phone number. Please help @Shazia_K @Mary_M @Saray_O

@baijuxp yeah 3 days from Koodo is not at all normal, so I'd say your port is stuck.  Shazia is in today, hopefully she can reach out to you shortly. Sorry for the incovnience!
