Hello,
I'm trying to port out to another provider but I dont have a sim card to approve the text message that's being sent. I lost my phone. How can I get around approving the port without a SIM.

How on earth do I get in touch with a customer service agent? This whole new system is terrible, It's taken me all day to just post this. I don't have phone to approve the sign in!!!!

It might be difficult...
You might want to talk to agent or get new SIM card and do SIM swap and then do porting out assuming you can borrow or get a temporary phone.

A Public Mobile customer support agent could manually approve the number transfer to another carrier, but this would require the CSA to respond to your reqest in time for the porting rquest from the other carrier to be approved. As there is no way to ensure that timining, it may be easier to replace the SIM card so that you can respond to the text message.
