*Urgent: Need a password reset because credit card is expiring

Hello!

 

Like many others, password reset button does not work for me. I cannot remember my password, and therefore I cannot log-in. When I try pasword reset, reset email is sent a week after and the link is expired by then...

 

My credit card will expire soon, so I have to access my account. If I cannot access, I think I will just let it go and find another phone company.

 

Any help is appreciated! 🙂
