Urgent! I activate my PM plan today but it does not include call and text!

Hi There,

I come to Walmart to activate PM plan hours ago and I choose data only plan by mistake.

When I try to change the plan immediately and find I will lose one month payment.

I think it is unfair! Could you help me to add talk and text to the plan. In fact its unbelivable that a phone plan has no talk and text! It is my first time to hear that.

Anyway, please help me to add talk and text soon.

Just one more reason the boneheads at Walmart should not be activating or setting up anyone's new account.

That and do you really want some Walmart drone creating your account for you, just so that you can go haome and change all the login details?

Its prepaid, so if change plan, the previous prepaid are gone.

Anyhow since you are new, please contact @CS_Agent and have them change it.
