Upgrading to a new plan

Im currently on the 15 dollars a month plan for 250mb, and I saw a promo for 23 dollars a month where you get 6gb of data. For some reason I can't see this promo when Im logged in, and I cant find any way to upgrade. Does anybody know why?

@lu4, as a heads up, if you switch out of your current plan of $15 you will not be able to get it back

that plan is for new accounts only...but one of these might interest you as a current customer wanting a bit more data...

Sorry, but that plan is only available to newly activating customers.
