I paid my monthly subscription this morning, but would now like to upgrade to 4G speed.

How do I do that without having to make another payment?

@Daveyboy62

You won’t be charge for the old plan and the new plan when you change plan on your next renewal date.

Once you find plan you want be sure to (change on renewal )So you don’t lose money on current cycle

How many prepaid providers do you know will pro-rate plan changes?
Are you just wanting more speed or were you told that you had to change to a 4G plan for something like roaming or volte? If so then neither are correct.

That's it @Daveyboy62 ?  You're just gonna jump ship for this?

If you're really gonna do that soon, then you're gonna forfeit the entire cycle anyway - in which case you may as well change plans now to the one you wanted and get what you should have planned for before this morning's renewal.

Or, try the customer support agent route and plead your case - politely.

Then they've lost a good customer.

You can't @Daveyboy62

If you change plans NOW, you'll forfeit the entire payment just made for your most current cycle.

Best to schedule the preferred change to the NEXT renewal date to avoid losing a whole month's payment.

Adding:  @Daveyboy62   --  Of course, you could try your luck with the customer support agents and depending on how it's presented, and how gracious they're feeling, you might have some luck.
