I currently have a 4G plan at 60 GB for 3 months, I am not given the option to upgrade to 5G which is a deal breaker as I purchased a new phone that is 5G capable.

Your 5G speeds will vary significantly depending on environmental factors.
You will likely find that your 4G speeds are more consistent and quite suitable for most browsing needs.

Hey @Liam98
I too am using a 5G plan but on a 4G phone. It was more about the data bucket for me. You can always upgrade to a 5G plan if you wish. And if there is a plan there that says new customers only, you can always reach out to a CS Agent and ask very politely if you can upgrade.

@Liam98 Do you mean when you log in to your account and select ALL under change subscription you don't see the 5G plans?
