Monday November 28 2022, i upgrade my plan to the cyber Monday promotionnal plan ( 15Go , on 4G for 40.00 per month) that was suppose to be applied today December 01. 2022. But today my old plan remain unchange and i want to know why.

The self-serve site tends to display cached (old) versions of the page.

Hi @michel-6 if you are using Chrome, click on the 3 dots on the top right them select Incognito . A new browser window or tab will open, use that to login

When I purchased the plan, I had to wait unitl the expiry of the current plan I was on. Then it was there the next day. Not sure maybe have to wait a little bit. You can also verify that you did in infact purchase it if you go to Payment History It should show you the "reciept" of your new plan.

Hi @michel-6 maybe cache problem
Try clear cache and eestary the browser to relogin
or try using Private or Incognito mode to login
