I’ve upgraded to a new plan.  It’s been three days still not connected.

you tried to click Reset All networks?

Go to Settings ,  General ,  Transfer or Reset iPhone , Reset,  Reset Network Settings.

Usually plan change wont' affect data.  But I think you need support to check and refresh your account on the back end.  Please message them here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

I did all that you suggested. Phone now on 4 lite. But now the phone (iPhone 13) is barely able to upload or download. Speed extremely slow.

@Sheila999  Reboot the phone and or reset network settings . Also can you try SIM card ins another phone see if services work . If no dice please submit ticket with support to help

did you try to reboot your phone?

Also try to reseat your sim card: power off the phone first, take the sim out and wipe it clean before putting it back and power on

If still unable to connect, change the Network type or network mode to 4G or 5G and try again

Also try Reset All Networks and see if it helps
