Hello,
I was at the final stage to pay which was a step 3 and tried to make a payment several times. But the system said error happens and didn't allow me to move on to the next.
However, you guys already charged $51.45 on July 17th. But whenever I log-in, it still shows step 3 to make a payment again.
I tried to reach out the agent on your website but she said she can only provide general info about the website so I need to get a ticket to contact the customer service agent. So frustrated to deal with this for more than a week. Hope you can find a solution and help me out.

@Tifftiff are you logging in via the app after the payment?
