Hi, I’m trying to update my payment information and even though I’m using a valid credit card, it keeps saying security code is required. Any advice?

This worked for me. I didn't have the app so I got it from Google Play and allowed my location while using the app and it finally worked! Thank you!

Unfortunately, a few customers are still having issues with updating credit card information.

CC update is broken.
Some are lucky to update it most not.
Use app, give location permission - then it might work. Do not try too many times (<3) or you will be locked out due to fraud prevention.

wait an hour and try again using Incognito/Private/secret mode on your browser
if you have not try using PM app yet, you can also download PM app and try update credit card there
