do you have access trouble to login My Account? If it is 2FA problem,remember you can ask to send to your email. Just select Didn't receive code and send email would be an option there
Once you are in, go to Payment page, select Manage Subscription and Update Card Information

@Rdwb Log into the Pm website or app with the email and password you used to join PM
Update credit card info
In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link
