I am new customer just transfer my number to public mobile on Aug 16. I get double charge to my credit card.  The first charge showed that my service was on hold asking to pay again to resume the service. After paying again, the service resumed

Should I ask dispute the charge to my credit card provider or Public Mobile will refund it?

please login My Account again using Incognito/Private/Secret mode.  If you see the extra payment sitting as Available Fund, you can let it stay there and PM will use that for your next payment , easier that way

If you do not see the amount there in Available fund, submit a ticket with CS agent here and they will check:

@HuuL  If both charges are posted yes contact support . But if one charge is just pending it should fall off
