Updating eSIM

Hi, last night I bought a plan with you guys, wasn’t to familiar with the eSIM stuff yet I noticed in my settings my phone has and IMEI and IMEI 2, I only put the first one in when registering not knowing IMEI 2 needs to be used to eSIMs. I don’t know how to update it, need help pls.

What is the make and model of your phone?

If you go into Settings>Cellular…it should show Add eSIM if it is a new iPhones.

Then ask PM to help

Still isn’t working I’ve tried

You dont need to enter IMEI number when you install esim, it will install on the correct slot

What you see in your sim manager screen? You just need to enable it, then reset network settings 

(And make sure old sim card is removed, or old esim are disabled)
