Hello, is anyone having an issue adding a new credit card to your account? If so how was it resolved?

I have not had phone or texting service for over a week as I am trying to add a new credit card to my account and cannot, so they simply deactivated my account.  I am beyond frustrated.

Known issue with updating your credit card.  If you try too many times, you will be locked out for 24 hours.  

Here is some additional troubleshooting advice:

Next time you try, maybe try to clear cache first, incognito mode or a different web browser.  Or even a different device.  Make sure postal code of credit card matches the area code of the phone number.

if you cannot wait, buy a voucher from Shoppers drug Mart and load it using *611

if you can wait, wait an hour and try again
