Appreciate your frustration, same for me, and even with a ticket it didn’t work. What worked at the end, my payment lapsed, lost service, then, when I went in, it accepted my Visa. Fortunately Piblic was fast to reinstate my service, all happened in half hour.

Good thing I went back and checked after entering my Mastercard. I was NOT subscribed. Has to re-subscribe. WTH.

yes, payment or card update is never easy. We asked people to wait an hour, but some have to wait a week to update it successfully.
For those who need to pay immediately , they have to get vouchers

Updating visa is still a major issue. I tried all of the remedies and the only thing that worked was MasterCard. I don't want to use MasterCard. Do better PM. This has been a problem for way too long.

Several customers have had similar issues since December. Here is some more troubleshooting advice:
Might also want to try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.
Make sure that the postal code of your credit card matches the area code of your phone number.

@Nini5 You may need to way 24 hours and try again incognito /private mode or from another device can also get the app too . But if your ima hurray you can buy payment vouchers from 7-11 shoppers shell gas or for a fee recharge.com and load it *611 to resume services right away . If still no luck get support to help . Tap the message bubble bottom right of screen
