Update credit card

I don’t remember my account and I need to update my credit card.

Your account login will typically be your email address. There is both an "forgot email" and "forgot password" option when you attempt to sign-in. 

Unsure if it'll allow you to recover both things one after another though. Hope this helps.

You can go to Shell gas or 7/11 to buy payment vouchers, then dial 611 to add them to your account for renewal. Then deal with account when you remember log-in info.

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link
