Update Plan

Hi,

I'm looking to change my plan from the $40 plan to the $35 promotional plan. I subscribed less than an hour ago and want the $35 plan instead. Please let me know if that is possible, and who to contact.

If you do NOT see plan you want to switch to then that plan is NOT available to you. In most cases downgrading plan is not possible.

as you already have an active acct, you'll only be able to downgrade to whichever plan you see in your account. It's difficult to downgrade plans with Public Mobile but keep watching for plan changes in your account....maybe something cheaper will appear so get it when you can
