Port issue

Still waiting for port in to PM to from chatr.

Each day a different PM agent contacts me, I reply and the next day a different one repeats the cycle. It's been 4 weeks now. I'm getting really frustrated, still can't receive calls or texts.

Should be illegal for such companies to hide behind chats. Grow up and have proper customer service over the phone.

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
