Issues transferring number over

I was with fizz and I transferred over to Public Mobile using an eSIM card while transferring my number over. I got a text message saying that there was an issue with my account number with fizz and then they couldn’t transfer my number over and then they would reach out to me that was over 12 hours ago. I have not heard anything from them and people are not able to call me. I’ve tried contacting chat and it keeps telling me to create a ticket and it’s not allowing me to do so. I am currently in limbo and I’m extremely frustrated as I can’t get any help

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed

**After opening the ticket, please monitor your community inbox (envelope icon on the top right), the customer support agent will get back to you in sending a message there.
