Subscription paid for but didn't renew the app says I paid for and renew my subscription on Feb 3rd but yet my services do not work , I've tested my sim in other working devices and it is not activated still

In your self service account, is the account status active (versus suspended).
You might want to try a network reset of the phone. Note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords

@Sniktaw751 can you call 1.855.4PUBLIC from another computer, enter you phone number and check again what the system says about your account status
if it really says your subscription is active, then open ticket with PM support ans let them confirm what is the issue
