Hello, I was wondering how to get the refund for the part of the month I paid for that I will no longer be using? I just transferred to a different company and I still have half the month left that I already paid for. Thank you!!

That is pretty much correct. With that being said, you could try asking your new provider if they'd be willing to give you a credit to cover the amount you paid. Never hurts to ask. If they wish to keep you there, sometimes, it's worth it to them.
