I'm here writing this instead of submitting a ticket because I have tried several times to submit a ticket and am not able to do so. I initially was attempting to submit a ticket for help about the failed transfer activation but since I can't even do that, I'm requesting a full refund now. This is unacceptable service.

We are all members like you on this Community forum so we can only direct you to the CS_Agent for a refund.
Check Messages in your avatar for an agent to reply back to you so you need wait for a reply. Here is a direct link to submit a ticket:

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
