I have unsubscribed by the end of December, 2023. however the system suddenly re-subscribed my account automatically now it charged me another 3 months fee!! can anyone help me fix it? I have submitted the issue but nobody reply me so far.
I am not in Canada now so I won't be able to use the service at all.

I don't know how to stop the autopay. what I did was went to my account -- payment--- chose "not subscribed" on the right side. and it then showed me "you are not subscribed!" after I did so.
unexpectedly it charged me again yesterday!

Please define how did you 'unsubscribed'???
The only way to unsubscribe is to stop paying.
- Remove autopay
- Declare phone lost/stolen
- Transfer number to another provider
