I want to cancel my account but cant do it online as account stuck in activation process. No sim card.. mail strike

Cs agent says to get card from store or Amazon then conclude process.

Doesn't understand/acknowledge that I just want out

Also pm doesn't have live chat. It's all done with tickets like an email so you will have to wait for a response every time you reply.

@charlesmosher - Public is currently using Canada Post's Subsidiary - Purlator - which is unaffected by the strike. If you want to cancel your public mobile service, contact an agent:

You would have to contact PM in your case then as there nothing you can do without an active plan.
