i recently bought a plan with PublicMobile and I am trying to transfer my number from SASKTEL to PublicMobile. however when I filled out the information to do that I accidentally typed in the imei number wrong, they called my alternate phone number to say they had recieved the wrong number and it could not transfer over. how do I fix this, I have tried change my number but the number I am transferring over says not available.

Hi to solve this situation try to contact one of the Moderators they can help you with this, I know by personal experience how annoying this can be, but my advice is try to contact them I am sure they can give you a solutions, with me always work they always helped me.

Login your self service account, change your SIM card, type the IMEI number exactly, after successfully changed SIM card, try port phone number again. I’m not sure it will work , but you can give a try.

were they unable to fix it over the phone? when it happened to me they asked me some questions and completed the port.
but to answer your question you need to send a private message to moderator_team with your porting information (usualy old account number, old account name, and the number you watn to port).

@Anika0214_l You need to send a private message to the moderator with the correct IMEI information. Just click on the envelope and address the message to Moderator_Team.

You will need to contact moderator via private messaging to have your port completed properly. Expect a few days delay in response, since moderators are quite busy these days.
