Unlocking my phone

I am in the States for the winter. I want to buy a prepaid usa sim card. But my phone must be unlocked. I think it is. I had to unlock it to transfer from Bell. How do I know for sure that it is unlocked?

HI @Clooch   unlocking the phone is something you have to go through the provider that you bought the phone from originally, not something PM can help if you didn't get the phone from PM

So, please check with your provider from before

If any sim card you put in your phone works or is recognized by the phone, then your phone is telling you it's unlocked.

@Clooch @Sounds like it is already unlocked if you moved from bell to pm
