My new SIM card can call everyone but they can’t call me back. I didn’t do a number transfer for my number, I applied for a new one.

Hi @Lychee1 you might not need to contact support. It happened to me before, I reseat my sim card and it works Make sure you reseat s card with a reboot
but if that does not help, then open ticket with CS agent at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

You may have to reach out to a Customer Support Agent and have them look into your sim card and provisions for it.
Use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started.
