@Kaccy just to add to the replys if your phone is not purchased from Telus or Koodo, you need to contact the original hardware provider to have the phone unlocked.

Hi @Kaccy
You will need to contact the network provider in which your phone is locked to (i.e. Fido, Bell, Rogers, Virgin Mobile, etc) to request an unlock code in order to unlock your phone. You no longer have to pay any unlock fees to unlock your phone effective December 2017. If your phone is locked to the Telus network, it should work with Public Mobile and you will need to contact the moderator.

@Kaccy If your phone was purchased at Telus, Koodo or Public Mobile you will need to send a private message to a Moderator_Team, they will unlock it for you!
Here is the link: click here
In your message, please provide your name, Public Mobile account number or phone number and PIN.
Good luck!

@Kaccy, if this phone is sourced from Telus, Koodo, please contact the moderator team to obtain the unlock code. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.
