Unauthorized access - can't get into myaccount

My service is not working suddenly. I cannot text or use my minutes nor data. I tried to log into my account, but it says unauthorized access. I am not sure what the problem is as my bill was paid on time two weeks ago. 

Please help as I currently don't have a phone and I can't do anything to resolve the issue without getting into my account.

no worries,  Use the link I sent you to message support to open ticket, it works

I did not call my credit card. I checked my account, and the last bill went through with PM. 

I tried to open a ticket, but I have to sign into my account to submit a ticket, but I can't sign into my account. I am stuck.

just want to confirm, any chance you have called your credit card and ask them to reverse any of PM's payment? If you called credit card for a charge back, account will be suspended immediately

Either way, open ticket with PM support and ask them to investigate further

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
