When I’m away from home wifi, I cannot use google search or other search engines or send email…because I got the message: “no internet connection”. I have a lot of data left. What should I do to be able to communicate without wifi?

How do I “reset the network “?
@2TV Try turning airplane mode on, wait a few minutes, then turn it off. You could reboot the phone also. If that doesn't work, then reset network settings is in Settings > General > Transfer or Reset > Reset > Reset Network Settings. If it still doesn't work then contact customer support using the chat/message icon bottom right of this page. If the chatbot doesn't seem to be working then send a private message using this link and watch for a reply from an agent at the envelope icon top right or tap your avatar for Messages.

HI @2TV

can you try to reboot the phone and test. If still cannot connect data, try click Reset All Networks and test again
