Unable to transfer my phone #from rogers

I wasn't able to receive any incoming phone calls as i have already started a topic here and seek for solutions, but no luck, had to switch back to my old rogers SIM card , I realized tat I have gave my phone # instead of my rogers account # when I activating my pm SIM card. I was trying to re-enter my current rogers account #to complete the port but got msg says that I have to be authorized to do so as I already check marked the box to authorize to transfer my #, can pm look into this issue for me thanx

I am waiting patiently for Shazia MOD to get back to me. Its been 3 days now and none of my private message haven been read. Gave her all the info that is needed for her to fix the port base on the info from other ppl in the community . Yes I messed up the port and gave a wrong Rogers account. However the PM side of the account was set up no problem. No calls and regular text can be received except Imessage. How long will we have to wait and get feed back?
