So I tried to log into my account with the email address I signed up with but it doesn’t recognize it. How do I access my account without it?

Is it saying wrong password? If it is, try password reset procedure if you already set up self serve account. If none works, send private message to Moderator_Team asking for help.

Did you sign up online or at a Kiosk? If the latter, you may still have to set up your self serve account.

You will need to register for a self serve account if you have not already done it.

Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot your browser.
