Unable to sign in to selfserve account

I am unable to sign in to selfserve account. Everytime I try to log in I get the following error:

 

"Sorry ,your login has been disabled. Please visit the online Community at publicmobile.ca/community for assistance.:
 
I also tried resetting my password. That didn't work either. What do I do to log in? I need to sign in asap to cancel my account as I don't live in Canada anymore and can't use this service. I have been charged for a few months already as I forgot to cancel the account and autopay is on, I don't want to be charged anymore.

@Sch999 For how long you didn't use the account? Was it on Autopay? If no, and it was more than 90 days, your account is already closed then.

@Sch999 That message may indicate your account is already closed, especially if your last charge was more than a month ago.

@Sch999 try using 1 855 4public from another phone or with an active service - it will ask for your 10 digit phone number to access 611.. You could cancel the credit card if you don't need it any more.

@Sch999 try using your browser in incognito/private mode. you can also call 611 to disable autopay
