I am unable to sign in to selfserve account. Everytime I try to log in I get the following error:

@Sch999 For how long you didn't use the account? Was it on Autopay? If no, and it was more than 90 days, your account is already closed then.

@Sch999 That message may indicate your account is already closed, especially if your last charge was more than a month ago.

@Sch999 try using 1 855 4public from another phone or with an active service - it will ask for your 10 digit phone number to access 611.. You should be able to remove your credit card. @Sch999 try using your browser in incognito/private mode. you can also call 611 to disable autopay
