Unfortunately I forgot my password for an account and when I tried to reset it it told me to contact public mobile. Any help would be appreciated as i need to pay for my plan

You need to private message the mods with your request. Include you pin number else include the adddress on account and possibly the alternate number on account

In your message include:
- account email address , pin number if possible
- PM phone number
- explanation of what is happening or a link to this thread
- if its a porting issue include your sim number, old account name and account number
