@Mbapu contact the moderators, give them the new email address that you would like asssociated with your self service account and ask them to change it for you. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

That shouldn't prevent you from signing into your self serve account. Either way, you'll have to contact the moderators using the SIMon ticketing process mentioned earlier to properly change the e-mail address associated with your Self Serve account.

If you're saying that you're unable to receive a password reset e-mail, you'll need to proceed to opent a ticket by going to https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat .

This is an account related request you'll need to open a ticket with the moderators via the SIMon chatbot to have them update the e-mail address associated with your self-serve account. You'll have to use your community login to create a ticket (which you appear to be able to use since you posted your request) and then you can verify your account via text-message to your phone.
PS: You may still be able to login to your self-serve account with the old e-mail address and password if you still know it in the mean time...
