Unable to set up an account

I need help from CS to set up an account for upgrading my plan/renewing the plan. I am not able to sel-register, getting message to contact CS

When you activated your SIM and you have service with PM…you have created an account with an existing plan.

You can submit a ticket to a CS_Agent on SIMon Chatbot or private message them but they will need your secret PIN that you created while activating your SIM.

you sure you don't have one setup yet?? if you self activated online , you would have one created.  But if you activated in store and it was over a year ago, then yes, you could have activated but without a My Account properly setup

 

Either way, you can open a Forgot Password ticket and they will confirm and help to setup one 

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type "Forgot log in Information", then click "Contact Us", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗ 
Next, enter your Community login, then select "Self-Serve Password Reset" and click "Next". and follow the steps

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

Hi @Vierka1577 was your account setup in store from sometime ago?

 

To have a My Account setup , please submit ticket with PM suppoet 


at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
