Unable to send picture messages

I just switched my phone over to an LG G4, everything is working great, phone, internet, text, etc except picture messages. If I try to send a pic by text I get a message saying data service not available. Any ideas about how to fix this? I have data in my plan

@sprocket  it is very surprising that an LG phone works.  typically they need a netwotk settings reset and sometimes a factory reset.  

if the apn setting @geopublic don't get mms to send and data is turned on, then try a network reset and enter the needed apns again.

@sprocket  You need to make sure your APN settings have the following values set .

Name: Public Mobile
APN: sp.mb.com
Proxy: Leave blank
Port: Leave blank
Username: Leave blank
Password: Leave blank
Server: Leave blank
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication type: Leave blank
APN type: default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri
APN protocol: IPv4
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
Bearer: Unspecified
MVNO type: GID
MVNO value: 4D4F

Don't forget to save these settings and then select this APN as the active one.

It's probably apn settings, I always have issues with lg. Not once was I able to do it myself. I g had to message mods at https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and they would push settings through sms and it worked after

Also which messenger are you using?
