Good afternoon. I recently lost my SIM card and I am unable to receive a text/voice message for the verification, (obviously without a SIM) and I will not get the verification code sent via email, which I’ve tried dozens of times. What are my options? Came into a Telus store but without access to my account, I can’t do a SIM swap. Looking to get some help. Thank you!
