It’s not showing up on there either

Should it not show in my “overview”? In my payment history it’s shows that I’ve bought a top up, but not specific to an add on….

In the Overview area...then click Usage Breakdown....there you should see info on your plan plus any add-ons you currently have available to you.

The actual data add on can be hard to find.

In your overview section.  Click on Usage breakdown.  Then your various add ons should be shown.
